Treat yourself to a Sunday morning restoration each month with deeply restful yoga practices supported by bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. Belinda brings a significant expertise and personal practice in Mindfulness and yoga, holding a safe and delicious practice suitable for students with any level of experience. This practice is particularly suitable for those experiencing stress-related health conditions and/or needing a gentle physical practice which can be adapted to individual needs or simply to regenerate and refresh within a busy, active life.
Research evidence shows that yoga and mindfulness practices bring balance to the nervous system, supporting us to move toward a ‘rest and digest’ state of the nervous system, where the body can balance, synthesise, heal, nourish and restore.
Bookings essential, all equipment supplied. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and if possible, plan a spacious and restful after-class time to rest in the ease this practice will bring. Hang around for a homemade chai and chat afterwards, or a lazy lunch in Warburton perhaps?
