Mindful Yoga with Belinda. Tuesdays 9.30am - 11am.

Recommencing Term 3, 2019.

A general yoga class offering a mix of gentle practices with more dynamic and challenging options, held with a consistent focus on a mindful and body-aware/self-care approach.

Suitable for general level students, poses can be adapted for beginners.


($21 class/$18 conc. $18/$15 on term pass)
