Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course


The 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course has been shown repeatedly to improve health and wellbeing through reducing symptoms of stress and stress-related illness and improving quality of life in many areas including creativity, focus, work-life, relationships and life-satisfaction.

This course is skilfully led by Belinda Lloyd: trained and experienced in MBSR facilitation and a qualified general and mental health nurse and yoga teacher.

Belinda’s courses have been described as ‘life-changing’ and the weekly 2.5 hour classes as ‘an oasis in my week’ and ‘deeply nurturing and supportive’, decreasing our experience of stress by changing the way we relate to our experiences, as well as finding ways to care for ourselves more deeply.

Weekly classes held 6.45pm until 9.15pm. The course includes a full day of led practice on Sunday 8th September.

Cost for the 8 week course and all course materials is $450/$350 concession. Payment plans and further concessions may be available in case of need. Please contact Belinda to discuss.
