I was introduced to Yoga and Meditation in my late teens and am today, still filled with awe and gratitude for these practices.
I believe that Yoga and Meditation practices are friends for life, that consistently provide us with a pathway back to our true nature and our most authentic self.
I completed my Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching in 2013 (Australian Yoga Academy) and my Transformative Meditation Teacher training in 2012. (The Awareness Institute).
I now have over 20 years’ experience as a Yoga Practitioner and have been a Yoga teacher for over a decade.
I have a rich experiential understanding of the ways in which a Yoga and Meditation practice will support us in our journey through life, even if at times we deviate from our practice, or the way that we need to approach our practice changes.
In my classes, students can expect a gentle but steady approach to exploring and developing their balance, strength, flexibility, and concentration, as well as cultivating the skills needed to experience deeper states of relaxation.
My classes are accessible for all levels of experience and fitness, all you need to bring is yourself!
